(Contract Position with potential to extend) 

Education Coordinator for Whistler Based Action/Adventure Photographer and Virtual Educator

This position is a remote position. 

9 week contract - 35 hours/week starting June 1st (flexible hours)

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the backend set up of two online virtual courses using Kajabi
  • Follow online videos to learn the ins and outs of Kajabi 
  • Create homepage, course pages and pages for each course module
  • Upload videos and course content into Kajabi
  • Create and run the backend for virtual events using Kajabi
  • Create monthly subscription program for past students using Kajabi
  • Work with Office Assistant to distribute bi-weekly marketing emails using Kajabi
  • Work with Social Media Coordinator to market various offerings

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to learn a new program and take a project from concept to launch
  • Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals
  • Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Familiarity with digital photo editing
  • Working knowledge of Kajabi is an asset
  • Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, IT or a related field an asset
  • Social media and email marketing experience a plus
