Social Media Coordinator for Whistler Based Action/Adventure Photographer and Virtual Educator
This position is split between a home office in Whistler and remote work.
9 week contract - 35 hours/week starting June 1st (flexible hours)
Responsibilities
- Manage content for various social media accounts
- Edit previously captured content for Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook and Tik Tok
- Drive traffic to various social outlets including @erinHogue, @hogueeducaton, and Erin Hogue Tik Tok account
- Create content calendar for @erinHogue, @hogueeducation and Erin Hogue Tik Tok based off previously captured content and based off client release dates
- Create a batch of content for @erinhogue, @hogueeducaton and Erin Hogue Tik Tok account as well as various client’s accounts.
- Share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections.
- Work with Hogue Education Coordinator to optimize launches
Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media
- Passion and love for social media content creation (especially Tik Tok)
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels is an asset
- Excellent time management skills, proven ability to prioritize work and manage a flexible schedule
- Ability to take initiative
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School degree; additional qualification in Social Media, Marketing
